OUR HISTORY

40 Years ago an Apostolic church was born called the Apostolic Voice. 28 Years ago, Bishop Gerald Campetella was elected the Pastor of the church which later became known as Apostolic Church of God. It was during this time that a foundation was being laid.

PROGRESS & EXPANSION

While Bishop Campetella was Pastoring the church, God laid it on his heart to expand the fellowship hall and purchase the lot next to it. This would later prove to be a wonderful benefit to the church. In April of 2019 Pastor Joe Campetella was elected the new Pastor of Apostolic Church of God (ACOG). The church began to grow numerically and was quickly in need of a new building. In November of 2019 ACOG sold this building and the church was blessed with a large profit as a result of Bishop Campetella's willingness to follow the leading of the Holy Ghost when they purchased the adjacent lot.

RENTING, SAVING, PRAYING & GROWING

November 2019 - July 31, 2021

The church that bought this building helped arrange for ACOG to take over the building that they were renting from a Lutheran church in Palm Coast, FL. This would mean that ACOG would go from only being able to seat roughly 80 people to now being able to seat 170 people. It was during this time that the COVID pandemic hit America. But rather than seeing decline in the church, by the grace of God ACOG grew numerically, financially, and spiritually all the while saving for a new building that we could call our own.

MOVING TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER

As the lease at the Lutheran church building came to an end, God opened the door for ACOG to move into the Palm Coast Community Center. This move marked a shift in the momentum of the church where we saw people being baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost more and more.

GOD OPENED THE DOOR FOR A NEW BUILDING

It was while we were renting the Palm Coast Community Center that God opened the door for us to miraculously purchase the old Sears building on 4888 Palm Coast Pkwy NW. During this time the name of the church was changed from Apostolic Church of God to Christian Life Center. This miracle from the Lord would become the new home for CLC! It was a bit of a project to say the least...

THE PEOPLE OF CLC HAD A MIND TO WORK!

After months of renovations and extreme effort from the people of CLC, In August of 2021 Christian Life Center had it's first church service in our brand new building! In the ensuing months CLC continued to see growth as more and more people started buying into the vision God had for Palm Coast, FL.

REVIVAL & GROWTH

In June of 2022, the Lord sent an evangelist by the name of Taylor Fish to CLC and used him mightily to minister to the church. As a result we saw the biggest revival this church had ever been a part of. 30 people were baptized and/or filled with the Holy Ghost and the church continued to grow. In the short few months that we were in this brand new building, we quickly realized that space in this new facility was becoming less and less ... and less and less. Towards the end of that revival, during one of our Sunday services, the evangelist Taylor Fish felt led of the Lord to take up a sacrificial offering for the church to be able to start looking into buying a larger facility. Before the end of that day, the great people of CLC had given nearly $80,000 in faith offerings and the work of the Lord continued.

ANOTHER NEW DOOR!

It was only a few short months later that someone made an offer on our building for exactly what we needed in order to purchase a new campus. Through another serious of miraculous happenings, we were able to sell our building for nearly double what we paid for it, and purchase a campus 5 times the size.

"WE'RE MOVING!" ANNOUNCEMENT VIDEO

CHRISTIAN LIFE ACADEMY OPENS!

As if a pending move wasn't enough...Christian Life Academy (CLA) opened it's doors in August 2022. CLA had been a part of Pastor Joe's and Sis Jessica's vision for CLC, so to see it unfold at such a pivotal time in CLC's history was nothing short of miraculous.
